Shortly after founding KSA Communications in 2019, I teamed with Glasshouse Realty Group to serve as their director of marketing. In crafting and executing strategies and content to recruit the right agents to the team, I also equip those agents to reach an increasing network of clients and realize huge year-over-year sales gains as a result.
In addition to my work with Glasshouse, I partner with leaders and strategists across the country to deliver results-oriented strategic communications and content support for clients spanning biopharma news, a global research corporation and a world-renowned hospital enterprise.
Prior to starting my consulting practice, I had 15 years of experience across diverse public relations, marketing and communications roles. I started my career at a Washington, D.C. public relations agency securing coverage for high-profile clients in national media ranging from CNBC to The New York Times. After eight years with the agency, I served as director of communications and a member of the dean’s leadership team at a large public law school in Texas. A family move to Ohio promoted my next transition to a B2B marketing role at LexisNexis where I drove new business and led product launches for academic research solutions.
I then served as the University of Dayton’s inaugural executive director of advancement communications. As chief marketing liaison to the fundraising division, I collaborated with senior leadership to lead strategic communications for the University’s first campaign in nearly 20 years.
I grew up in New Jersey and graduated with a political science degree from Franklin & Marshall College. After career opportunities led us to the nation’s capital, Florida and Texas, my husband and I settled in Dayton, Ohio in 2016. We love hiking, grilling and anything outdoors with our two amazing dogs—Charlie, the precocious and lovable corgi and Marlie, the sweet rescue pup.
