As head of training for Glasshouse Realty Group, I develop course curriculum to familiarize new and entry-level agents with brokerage procedures and expectations. Courses span everything from licensing requirements, systems tutorials and vendor relations to business development, working with buyers and sellers and navigating the deal from contract to close.
I lead in-person and virtual training — both 1:1 and classroom style — to bring agents up to speed with the latest policies from the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS. I also help recruit agents who align with the Glasshouse culture of transparent, relationship-based service.
Prior to joining Glasshouse as an agent, I worked at GEICO and developed training resources for claims adjustment associates. Training and coaching have always been a professional and personal passion of mine, from leading public speaking competition prep after high school to serving as Parkwood PTO president and training Girl Scouts executive leadership in the Beavercreek area.
I grew up in Georgia at Robins AFB. When I moved to the Dayton area, I quickly fell in love with the area — and aligned my love of real estate with a career as a realtor. I pride myself on open and honest communication throughout the buying and selling process while making it fun at the same time. I love building lifelong relationships with my clients that last well beyond the closing table!
