Going back to my childhood, I can’t remember a time when I didn’t leave the grocery store without a real estate listing book in hand. A year after graduating high school, I secured my real estate license and embarked on a path to fulfill my professional calling.
Before I joined Glasshouse Realty Group, I helped a leading Dayton-area real estate team grow from $10 million to more than $70 million in sales while servicing more than 300 families a year. I personally guided more than 400 families through the buying and selling process over that 7 year time frame, as well—a distinction that earned our team coverage in The Wall Street Journal as the #147 spot at that time.
As Chief Business Development Officer with Glasshouse, I develop and lead a virtual training platform for our agents to learn sales and prospecting strategies, how to hire and manage a team, marketing best practices and other business development tips. The strategies I share with the Glasshouse team were learned alongside the top 200 agents and investors in the industry, who I’ve also had the privilege of Masterminding with during exclusive seminars across the country.
One of the things I love about real estate is the limitless potential to succeed. The forward-thinking culture at Glasshouse—and the discipline, humility and transparency of our leadership team—is exactly why Glasshouse is becoming an industry powerhouse.
I’m also the founder of MTGW Acquisitions inc, a reputable house-buying company that facilitates quick sales for Dayton-area homeowners. Born and raised in Kettering, I’m now raising my three children here with my wife, Niki.
