Glasshouse Realty, recognized as one of Dayton’s Fastest Growing Companies, is expanding into the Cleveland market as a top-producing Century 21 real estate team joins the brokerage, bringing 75 agents and more than two decades of Northeast Ohio real estate experience.
The move represents the company’s first expansion beyond its Dayton roots and a significant milestone for the independent brokerage as it begins growing into new Ohio markets.
The Cleveland-based team has demonstrated strong production, closing 767 units totaling more than $174 million in sales volume, highlighting the scale and consistency of its business.
The team’s presence spans Greater Cleveland, Akron, Ashtabula, and Elyria, with agents positioned within a one-hour radius of downtown Cleveland, enabling comprehensive coverage across Northeast Ohio.
Glasshouse Realty is led by three brokers, Mo Zahedi, Evan Kloth, and Kunal Patel, with a focus on building a collaborative, people-first real estate company centered on transparency, relationships, and community connection.
Glasshouse leaders say the company’s approach to expansion focuses on partnering with established teams whose values align with its culture.
“Glasshouse was built on the belief that real estate is deeply personal, which is why the most valuable thing we’ve built is our culture, and we’re protective of it,” said Mo Zahedi, broker at Glasshouse Realty. “We don’t expand just to plant a flag in new markets. We grow when we find teams that are deeply connected to their communities and share our values around relationships and client experience.”
“From the beginning, we’ve believed that when you build the right environment for agents to succeed, growth follows naturally,” said Evan Kloth, broker at Glasshouse Realty. “Our expansion into Cleveland isn’t about opening offices, it’s about partnering with teams that share our values and want to build something meaningful for their agents and their communities.”
“What makes this partnership work is the strength of the team and the foundation they’ve built in the community,” said Kunal Patel, broker at Glasshouse Realty. “When you combine that kind of local connection with aligned values, it creates the opportunity for long-term, sustainable growth.”
Glasshouse Realty was founded in Dayton and has quickly become one of the region’s fastest-growing brokerages. The company was named one of the Dayton Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies and has been voted Best of Dayton three years running by Dayton Daily News readers.
In 2025 alone, Glasshouse Realty agents generated more than $694 million in total sales volume across 2,563 homes sold, supported by a network of 259 agents and 11 offices throughout the greater Dayton and Cincinnati markets.
