STEP 4: OFFERS
Your Glasshouse agent will provide counsel on the offer(s) and negotiate any counter-offers as needed.
STEP 5: UNDER CONTRACT
Once the contract is signed by both the buyer/s and seller/s, the buyers will coordinate home inspections and negotiate for any needed repairs.Title and appraisal are also ordered at this time and the buyers conduct a final walk through 24-48 hours before closing.
STEP 6: CLOSING DAY
