Avoid placing earnest deposit with this company as a buyer. Glass door realtors will keep deposit even when concessions are not met. $3,000 in earnest money deposit has still not been returned and the realtor is avoiding all calls and text. The property was 12914 E National Rd, South Vienna, OH 45369. House has been sold (8/13/25) and the deposit and still not received the money or a response.
