First I had a house to sell which I needed the down payment to purchase my new home with glasshouse realty . I told them for two and a half months I needed to close on old home in morning and new home in afternoon and use same title company so funds are wired between the same title company and should be ok . Well my glasshouse realtor as it got close to closing told me we couldn’t have the same title company and I would have to close the day after I closed on the place I was selling because she forgot to disclose to loan officer three days in advance so it threw it off a day later . So I had to find a place to stay that night and had to keep the uhaul an extra day . Then I used the home inspector in the new place referred by my glasshouse realtor - it’s an older home and we were concerned with some of the electric in the basement looked weird hanging from. Ceiling and some lights didn’t work etc . So after inspector we wanted electrician opinion . Again went with referral from glasshouse agent . I got back t the estimate and the buyer agreed to pay . After we moved I. We had to have the electrician out in a certain time frame to get work done. He came out and found several fire hazards that the inspector should have caught in plain site . One being spliced and not contained in a box against a wood wall open in a room we sat and spoke to him on for about twenty minutes . Then found out the estimate was done off the inSpector report and he didn’t even come to the house to review to give an estimate . Then closing happened and my glasshouse realtor was fifteen minutes late and the seller had got to close the day before and was not there . The sellers realtor had to be called to see if he was showing up because he had papers to sign . He showed up at 3:30 . Horrible experience . I will let social media know all about it

Brooke was the most positive and patient realtor I have worked with. She has a great knowledge of the market in the area of Ohio in which I wanted to buy. I live in Utah currently and we had no difficulty in communicating via facetime on the tours, text, phone call or email. My daughter lives locally and said it was a delight to meet with her. We had two potential problem areas-one where the home inspection revealed a needed and expensive plumbing repair-Brooke easily negotiated a lower purchase price for me to cover the cost. The other included delayed closing dates due to a miscommunication between myself and my lender and need to use a mobile notary here in Utah. Brooke seamlessly obtained agreement from the sellers to accommodate the later dates.

I purchased a home through Glasshouse Realty and their agent, Reza Mobrem, nearly a year and a half ago. Due to my ongoing military training, I was unable to view the home in-person prior to closing. I acknowledge that I made mistakes as a first time home buyer. However, in my opinion, there were other issues that came up before and after closing where Reza failed to exercise his fiduciary responsibilities to me and my best interests were not looked after.

Absolutely wonderful group of people here. Helped us navigate a difficult situation where attorneys needed to get involved. Without the people at glasshouse house fighting for us we would have been completely lost. If you’re looking for a realtor, don’t both with any other place. These are the people you need.
