Glasshouse Realty Named Youngest Company on DBJ’s Largest Private Companies List for the Second Consecutive Year
Glasshouse Realty Reaches $19.5 Million in Revenue While Expanding Into New Markets
Glasshouse Realty is growing, and the Dayton Business Journal is taking notice.
In a recent feature, the publication highlighted our continued growth, expansion into the Cleveland market, and commitment to building an agent-centric real estate brokerage. For the second consecutive year, Glasshouse Realty is also the youngest business included on the Dayton Business Journal’s list of the region’s largest private companies.
From a Dayton Startup to a Growing Ohio Brokerage
Glasshouse Realty was founded seven years ago with a clear vision: create a modern brokerage where agents have the freedom, tools, and support to build successful businesses without sacrificing their individuality.
That approach has helped Glasshouse grow from a Dayton-based startup into one of the region’s fastest-growing companies.
In 2023, Glasshouse Realty reported $5.9 million in revenue. That number increased to $11.6 million in 2024, earning Glasshouse recognition as the No. 10 fastest-growing company in the Dayton region in 2025.
Growth continued in 2025, when revenue reached $19.5 million. That represents a 68% increase in just one year and more than triple the company’s reported revenue from 2023.
While the numbers are exciting, they tell only part of the story.
An Agent-Centric Approach to Growth
Glasshouse Realty’s success is rooted in its people.
Owners and brokers Evan Kloth, Kunal Patel, and Mo Zahedi have built the company around transparency, collaboration, and the belief that agents should not have to fit into a predetermined mold to belong at a brokerage.
Glasshouse agents are encouraged to develop their own brands, pursue their individual goals, and create businesses that reflect who they are. At the same time, they benefit from the resources, relationships, marketing support, technology, and collective knowledge of a growing brokerage.
This culture encourages agents to collaborate instead of compete. It also allows leadership to listen, make decisions, and adapt quickly as the real estate industry evolves.
Protecting that culture will remain a priority as Glasshouse continues to grow.
Expanding Into the Cleveland Market
Glasshouse Realty recently completed its first major expansion outside the Miami Valley by entering the Cleveland real estate market.
The expansion was not simply about placing the Glasshouse name in another city. It grew from established relationships and a shared belief in what the organizations could build together.
The Cleveland team brought strong local leadership, deep community relationships, and a commitment to giving back. Those qualities closely align with the values that have shaped Glasshouse Realty from the beginning.
By combining local expertise with Glasshouse’s resources and agent-focused model, the brokerage can provide greater opportunities for agents while delivering knowledgeable, community-centered service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northeast Ohio.
Growing Without Losing What Makes Glasshouse Different
Growth creates opportunities, but it also comes with responsibility.
As Glasshouse Realty enters new markets and serves more clients, the company remains committed to the principles that made its growth possible:
-
Supporting agents without limiting their individuality
-
Encouraging collaboration across teams and markets
-
Providing transparent leadership and guidance
-
Investing in tools that help agents build stronger businesses
-
Creating an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers
-
Giving back to the communities Glasshouse serves
The goal is not growth for growth’s sake. It is to build a stronger brokerage where agents can keep more of what they earn, develop sustainable businesses, and provide outstanding service to their clients.
The Next Chapter for Glasshouse Realty
Being recognized as the youngest company on the Dayton Business Journal’s Private Companies list for the second year in a row is an exciting milestone. Reaching $19.5 million in revenue and expanding into Cleveland are further signs that the Glasshouse model is working.
Still, this is only the beginning.
Glasshouse Realty will continue looking for thoughtful opportunities to enter new markets, strengthen its agent resources, and improve the real estate experience throughout Ohio.
To every agent, employee, client, partner, and community member who has been part of this journey, thank you. Your trust and support continue to move Glasshouse Realty forward.
