Newly licensed agents start with a 50/50 commission split partnered with an experienced agent for 6 months or 6 transactions, providing hands-on training and support. After completing the partnership, or for established agents producing under $5 million in sales over a rolling 12 months, you receive an 80/20 commission split. Once you achieve $5 million in sales in a rolling 12 months, you advance to our 90/10 split. All agents benefit from our $15,000 annual cap — after you reach the cap, you keep 98% of your commissions (with a 2% processing fee continuing for agents under $15M in sales). Once you reach $15 million in sales in a 12 month calendar period, the processing fee is capped, allowing you to keep 100% commission and maximize your earnings as an elite producer.
Are there monthly desk fees or franchise fees?
