Working with Kyra was a wonderful experience all around. Through her we toured ~5 homes before finding the one we decided on, during each of those tours she was very professional, but also very relatable and honest at the same time. We never felt like we were being mislead, when we had questions or concerns about a property she was completely sincere and acknowledged them properly. We were able to get ~15k off the price of the home after negotiation, which we couldn't have done without Kyra's help. She was always available and responds quickly even late in the day, and helped us through every step in the process.
